What is Ray's Warranty?

We have a 30-Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee and a 90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty. Please see details below. 


30-Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are the original purchaser of the Ray Remote and you are not satisfied with the Ray Remote for any reason, you may return it in its original packaging, undamaged with all its accessories within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and you will receive a full refund. You must cover the shipping cost of returning the Ray Remote for this type of return.

To request a return, please send a Return Request to the Ray Help Center by logging into the Order Status page with your email address and order number and clicking “Request Return.” Once you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the remote can be shipped back to Ray and our team will process your refund request.


90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty

Ray warrants the Ray Super Remote hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. The warranty is subject to the additional terms and conditions stated in Ray's End User Agreement

To return a defective device and obtain a replacement, please send a Return Request to the Ray Support Team. Our support team will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a return and replacement. We may reach out to you in order to troubleshoot any reported defects.

Once a return is granted, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label for the unit will be issued to you and the remote can be shipped back to Ray, along with your proof of purchase.  If Ray determines that the Ray Super Remote hardware is defective, Ray will replace the unit with either a new or a refurbished Ray Remote and ship it back to you.

The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the Ray Super Remote. If the Ninety (90) Day Limited Hardware Warranty Period has expired or is otherwise not applicable as per the Scope and Limitation on Warranty, Ray will return the device to you at your cost.
