How can I check the status of my order?

If you've made your purchase directly through our website, you can check the status of your order here. For all other purchases, please see instructions below.

Amazon Customers:

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Go to Your Orders.
  3. Go to “Ray Super Remote”
  4. Click Track Package next to your order

Best Buy Customers:

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Under the My Best Buy™ heading at the top of the page, select Orders.
  3. Click on "Track this order".
  4. Click on the tracking number in the "Status" area. This will take you to the UPS or USPS site, where you can see shipping status details.

Additionally, your shipping confirmation email will contain details about when you should receive Ray, along with the shipping tracking number.
